Let´s S(R)ock!

I was diligent since the Christmas vacation. Somewhere always was a set of needles with a sock and also now I ust have one in my pocket for the lunch break and one on the couch.
When I start a new pattern then mostly on the computer except I picked it from one of the hundrets of craft journals from my shelf.

Socks for my angels in France. I don´t know if I told it once but they just have the coldest office I ever was in. They urgently need warm feet!

Japanischer Flusslauf von Regina Satta. Muss man leider kaufen.
Japanes Riverflow from Regina Satta. I´m mostly not satisfied with her patterns because she use parts I don´t like on socks or simply as her pattern are allways for 64 stitches written --> too large for my childrens feet! The pair I made last year from rests for me I cheated as I used smaller needles ☺With this pair I decided that I also hate the leg length when knitted as described and extend it shortly about one cuff rapport. Now it looks good and Cara will get definetely one pair more!
Wild vine, found free on Ravelry. If I knit these one day for me I will not do it with twisted knitted stitches and I will replace the yarn overs by increases from the thread between the stitches. Who like holes in the socks?
Socks with colored stripes from the book 101 socks knitted. Ok, the most of my socks are colored but it is the name of the pattern. At teh bginning I was a little sceptical because the cables did not turn only go over like a snake. But after finishing I liked it and a pair for me is just in work ind teh step: before computer :), becuase on the couch are moms greens and in the lunchbag I have another pair.
"Olli" for Peter, my purchaser. he alwys wear knitted socks and asked me once if I could not make some for him... longer ago. Now I picked this project and this is the result.
The lunch socks are by the way also for him. I found 3 beautiful patterns called: Dragoneye, Dragonclaw and Dragonwing I will put into a package. I think with this my lunch breaks are full until the end of the year...

Once more "Japanese Riverflow" for Lara my very best friend in UK I misused as goods receiver. I found so beautiful greeeen knitting needles in US and these fools do not ship to Germany! To UK without freight charge. What a luck that the world is only a village!
